I had gotten a random quest to turn one of the bums of Markarth into a vampire but I didn't think there was any more, especially for wives that are immortal quest givers like Mjoll. They said they believe the game recognizes them as a werewolf so it wont work.I myself tried to get the spouse quest, while having farkas as a spouse and I tried while Vilkas was my spouse
