In Device Manager none of the devices have warning symbols.I would consider this issue satisfactorily solved if you can get my laptop to connect wirelessly and I would pay for that solution, otherwise I will assume it is a hardware fault and I would not pay for that information. Hi Richard,We all have to sleep :-)I checked to let Windows manage the wireless connection again but it does not detect any networks.I went into services and the Windows Zero Configuration service was started and the start-up type is already set to Automatic.I restarted my machine and every time I restart it pops up a balloon saying it has detected one or more wireless networks but the list is always empty
