You could take the step Time Warner Cable did and restrict the use of the app to a Time Warner Internet Connection in your house or go the Foxtel Go route and restrict the number of users at least until they have the ability to serve up larger amounts. I jailbroke it without issue, and with Xcon not being updated yet and Foxtel go now checking for Jailbroken devices I looked for a different way of getting it to work! tsProtector P worked perfect on iPhone 5 but not on the Air, so had a play around and with some success, I can watch Foxtel go on it now!
