Mine is kinda between my left ear and temple on my scalp, first I thought it was a bug of some sort like lice, but I keep getting it in the exact same spot, so I checked it out in the mirror, saw nothing..then came in here to investigate. I was told steroid or Botox injections (yes, Botox) are a possibility if the twitching continues, but I will seek other options first - massage, chiropractic care, and getting a better handle on the stressors
