Sometimes excess fat accumulates in the liver and can lead to inflammation and scarring, which is a serious condition called nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH). This is why so many children are developing "nonalcoholic liver disease" (also known as "nonalcoholic fatty liver disease" or NAFLD), since obesity is characterized not only by excess fat near the surface of your body, but also excess fat in and around your internal organs

Inflammatory bowel disease is often a cause of chronic vomiting (this would be diagnosed on a scoping and biopsy)- some clients cannot afford this expensive step, so go right to the treatment option and try their pet on cortisone for a while... Unfortunately the law will blame the dog almost always so dog owners dont be afraid to shove a kid away from your dog to protect your dog from being put down for the wrongdoings of parents and children. Dog (2) stayed away from children when they would come and she was fine, never threatened anyone but we knew she was upset with the child as she screamed with fear so he must have touched her tail

When the hard clay is swept clean as a floor and the fine sand around the edges lined with tiny, irregular grooves, anyone can come and sit and look up into the elm tree and wait for the breezes that never come inside the house. I can work outside all day, breaking ice to get water for washing; I can eat pork liver cooked over the open fire minutes after it comes steaming from the hog

It seems that they want to make sure both the pet and the owner feel good about the proposed solution. The main thing to remember with dog vomiting and diarrhea issues is that their systems are so much different than those of humans. If they are vomiting for any other reason than this, and they do it more than once, I take them to my vet.Why take chances? If you wait too long, the problem could not only become more serious but your vet bill will be that much higher

What's with the tremor like shaking in his abdomen? If it is internal from his pancreas, how long would this go on? He isn't vomiting, and has normal bowl movements, but keeps swalling like someone who is trying to keep from vomiting. Also his stool was white, and my husband said he didn't tell the vet because I had told him I had learned that the only other thing that would cause white stool would be eating bones

Although vomiting is a common occurrence in dogs, this concern is a challenge not only to dog owners but to veterinarians as well given that vomiting is not considered to be a disease but rather a symptom of an underlying ailment. I've been giving him baby food but yesterday he vomits again. They said I shold give him pedialyte till he becomes well but I don't know how much and for how long.

I do believe that seeing a vet is very important, and their shots up to date is very important and lots of love and activity! If anyone else is having issues like this and eating Nutros or Science diet,Nature's Choice(Nutro's brand)and hills,PLEASE let me know.Just because they say it's good, don't forget people, these are the same people that put out all that bad food!By Products of any kind is not good for them, and alot of this food that has filler in it doesn't fill them up the same and that's why they will still seem hungry! That's because they are!Check around and try a different food if your pet is not agreeing with it. I have noticed that he ahs been throwing up in the mornings and it seems to look like bile its yello with white foam mucus and he has been eating normally and drinking normally but today he has not felt well at all he looks sad has not wanted to do anything but sit or lay, he alos is very quiet and is making this weird pushing sound like if his tummy hurts his mouth smells sour and he is not his usual self also he is stretching out like if to releave stomach pain or something i have not giving him any deworming medicine for about a year and he is due for his new set of shots and his new rabbies vaccine

can you please help? What can I do for a dog with diarrhea? My dog is vomiting and have really dark liquid diarrhea and she's not acting herself we maybe thought it was something out of the trash but we realized she tore open one of her toys. He is on a medication to get his food into his system faster, but he is still throwing up liquid and food (about a fourth of what he has eaten)shortly after he eats

Unlike isolated cases of vomiting that are not accompanied by fever, bloating or other troubling symptoms, repetitive vomiting can indicate a serious problem. Veterinarians do not fully understand what causes the bile to enter the stomach, but infrequent meals, inflammatory bowel disease and giardiasis are associated with the affliction
