copy these files to the desktop, and rename them by adding .swf to the end of each file, and then try and play them in your installed flash player (or in your browser which can play flash). The Media tab has a complete list (with preview) of Images, CSS Files and Shockwave Flash files that were downloaded by the Firefox browser while rendering (loading) the page and stored for caching purposes

Anybody got any hints? I found a thread on this board, that showed a guy that typed this into his address bar, and he said that he found the Content.IE5 folders. After you have set Windows Explorer to show hidden files you can view where the Windows 7 Temporary Internet Files are and you can delete them manually from inside of the Content.IE5 folder. If you just want to delete your Temporary Internet files on Windows 7 you can use the Internet Options and under the general tab press the delete button in the browsing history area
