This problem and the one resulting in the emergency call button on the lock screen becoming super sensitive (and therefore able to pocket call random numbers or contacts in my emergency contacts list) has only been noticed since I did an Android system upgrade in mid January 2014. I'm assuming it's some default installed app that's causing this issue so I'm going through disabling apps (hopefully I don't disable something that I actually need) in the hopes that I manage to get the right app

when it was about finish it suddenly said failed.Then i repeat the step many times but no matter what i try it says fail.So now i cant turn on my phone.Pls help. Any one else facing the same prob ? But then again, Kies was the original source of why my phone crapped out, so maybe I should just stick to Odin and be happy that the phone is at least working. Portugal TMN i9000 owners, be aware that the version I instructed may void your warranty and note that Kies will work for everything less firmware updates as already advised
