Go to the battle subway with a spammable Pokemon ( like galvantula or hydreigion) and kick some but at the end of the day go to anville town and talk to the man in the house in the bottom right hand corner of town. The Pokemon in your party would be replaced by the first 6 Pokemon that you would obtain using this cheat (The first 6 Pokemon in the national pokedex)
