There are some ways to compensate for weak fingers and, although they are not proper technique, they can provide a way to get clear tone out of the chord and to provide an extra bit of strength when one has been playing for a while. The position is exactly the same: The first or first and second fingers bar the strings at the 7th fret and the third, fourth or both fingers depress the fifth and the root two frets and one string higher at the 9th fret

It brought a still shaky but nevertheless replenished Camel onto the scene. Most of the songs are entirely forgettable, obviously aiming to get a piece of the more commercial prog cake that was being baked around that time by Genesis, Alan Parsons Project and the likes. With a stronger set of arrangements and a fully instrumental development, this might as well been an effective prog piece with a lovely touch of lightness (a-la Sky, for instance)

you hold your guitar in front of you, so that the neck is up (1st fret starts from the up ok?) then watch this, then you'll get it.....cuz it's like that, C for instance is 0 3 2 0 1 0 right ? so the thickest string, you don't hold down, the one after (the A string if you didn't know) you hold down your ring finger on the third fret, and middle finger on the second fret then let the string after be free of touch, the hold down your index finger on the first fret on the B string and then let the thinest string be free from touch too.... People that critisize work like this are the people without a life, because you should be out there doing something instead of having a go at somebody that's just trying to help guitarists

I have always felt that learning about music and especially music theory applied to the guitar, is helpful in finding your own unique voice on the instrument and expanding your creative horizons. But the problem is still huge - and the reason is mostly down to unethical processed food manufacturers, eggs are of course used in mayonnaise, cakes and many other foods

It should be noted that at some point in the future, you may actually use your thumb to wrap around the neck of the guitar, to fret notes on the sixth string. This introduces to unnecessary setbacks in getting your barre chords to sound clearly! First of all, you should be using the firmer surface area of the side of your index finger. Hopefully, you can look at that and see how I got an F Major barre chord by moving it up by one fret! Now, I mentioned earlier that barre chords are based of either E- and A- open chords
