I immediately went back to your website to look for some filling breakfast recipes (breakfast is my biggest struggle when it comes to finding something filling and delicious!)

Reply Monique says: September 22, 2014 at 2:40 PM Hi! Did you spray the inside of the liners? If so and they still stuck, I recommend not using any liners and just spraying the inside of the muffin tin with non stick cooking spray. Thus I must find fun and exciting ways to get my little treats in; these muffins are a wonderful way to do it! I know you probably think I am obsessed with muffins by now

Spray 12-cup muffin pan with cooking spray or line the insides of the muffin tins with paper liners and spray with cooking spray so the muffins do not stick to the liners. Really yummy! How long can you freeze them for? And what do you normally store them in when you freeze them? Thanks for the great recipe! No sugar! What a concept! Reply Monique says: March 5, 2013 at 12:54 PM Hi Marilyn! They usually freeze well for up to 2 months or so

colleen May 25, 2011 at 2:18 pm Reply do 2 bananas equal about 1 cup of mashed banana? Bananas vary in sizes so much my attempts at banana breads always seem to fail. I loved peeling the bananas, smashing them in a bowl, dumping and stirring in the rest of the ingredients and just making something so easy and delicious

You'll use the larger number of cups if you include the full amount of all three add-ins: chocolate chips, walnuts, and cinnamon chips.2) In a medium-sized mixing bowl, beat together the butter and sugar till smooth.3) Beat in the mashed banana, then the egg, flavorings, and milk.4) Add the baking powder, baking soda, salt, and flours, stirring till smooth; if the mixture has a lot of lumps, beat at a higher speed until they've nearly disappeared.5) Stir in the chocolate chips, walnuts, and cinnamon chips.6) If you've used cinnamon Flav-R-Bites, allow the batter to rest for 30 minutes at room temperature; this will soften the bites up. If you use the Flav-R-Bites, letting the batter rest for 30 minutes before baking soften the bites up nicely. To make mini muffins: Scoop the batter into lightly greased (or paper-lined) mini muffin pans
