Although every M4 I've toted around over seas had a colt stamp and they took a serious beating from time to time and kept right on shooting through LOTS of rounds and horrible conditions, can't imagine their LE models are too much different. Also if your looking to use optics you might consider a model that comes with back up iron sights on it as apposed to the removable carry handle like the LE6920 has, the LE6940 would give you these options from the looks of things
